Come visit Barbed's Winter Wonderland
Like every year, we've put our hearts and souls into creating our Barbed Winter Wonderland, and once again we're delighted to welcome everyone looking for a unique Christmas experience - and one-of-a-kind gifts and decorations - to our Barnes showroom! The end of year is the perfect time to indulge yourself, so you can find everything from vintage decorations to outdoor furniture (our furniture looks great indoors too!). As usual, we've worked hard to make our showroom a haven for our visitors, so if you're looking for a Christmassy atmosphere with a difference – and without the usual Christmas carols we've been hearing since November - you've come to the right place!
This year's Christmas theme: inspired by nature
Led by Annie, our team has turned the Barbed showroom into a design sanctuary. Wood, skins, trays, wooden boxes, tealights, candles, wreaths and vintage giftware, it's all here. White and gold are the colours of choice this year, being classic, chic hues that never go out of fashion. Our team is more than happy to give you a hand if you're looking to decorate your place and need some design and colour-matching advice.
Scandinavian gifts and decorations
The end of year would be dark and gloomy without interior and exterior lights, and candles and tea lights are a seasonal favourite to bring light into our homes. Ester & Erik candles are perfect for Christmas and New Year celebrations, and their Vilda torch looks gorgeous in any garden or on any balcony. Our wreaths, which are made from various materials, with natural finishes from feathers and berries to leaves and holly berries, are the accompaniment of choice for our candles. They also look amazing on their own as table decorations!
Christmas trees
Christmas wouldn't be Christmas without a tree, and our Nordmann fir trees look superb, having been grown in organic pastures and cared for throughout the year to reach a perfect shape. There are 4 different varieties of Christmas trees – Nordmann fir, Norway spruce, Fraser fir and Noble fir – and the Nordmann fir trees are the best variety as they remain green longer, and their big, soft needles don't risk falling off before Christmas is over. If you want to decorate them, we have baubles made from various materials, including glass and fabric.
